The Kooiman McLean Family: where Scotland and West-Friesland meet. The notorious MacLean Clan [www.maclean.org] goes back many centuries, of course. This Summer Ivan was visited by Ilja and Jan.
Some impressions, including of the collective use of the water pipe, which clearly demonstrates the fact that Ivan takes his Middle East desk job very seriously.

Since May 2006 Ivan is having a great time in Washington at the American Enterprise Institute.
Scheduled departure is early October 2006.

Congratulations to Robert and Gina!
On June 1, 2006, our cousin Robert married his Gina. The ceremony was at the Royal Wedding Chapel in Orlando, Fl.
